Pat Morris has been the Waukegan Township Assessor since 1974.

Professional Associations

• Instructor of appraisal and administration courses for the Illinois Property Assessment Institute (IPAI) since 1983.
  
• Served on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Property Assessment Institute from 1989 until 1993.
  
• Chairman of the Illinois Property Assessment Institute for 2 years (1992 and 1993)
  
• Past president of the Lake-McHenry Counties Assessor’s Association.
  

Awards
Pat Morris is the proud recipient of the Marshall Theroux Award, which is the assessment profession’s highest award in the state. Pat received this award in 1987. In addition, Pat has received the advanced designation of C.I.A.O./Intermediate in 1992-designation number 4.
