LAKE NEIGHBORS 2008 - Ease On Down The Road (Flyer)

Your imagination and hearts will be captured on May 10, 2008 as exceedingly talented volunteers from all over Lake County, IL will once more join to sing through the rooftops and dance up a storm at the Waukegan HS Auditorium (2325 Brookside Ave.) to aid Waukegan Township's Staben House (transitional housing for homeless women with children) and Staben Center (transitional housing for homeless men).

Start the foot tapping now! With mellow, upbeat, and rockin' love songs from Broadway, Pop, Rock, Jazz, Blues, Country, Gospel, Latino, and Soul, the show will weave its spell and pull you in. Last year, "Magic of Music ", sparked the chai-chai-chain of talent, spirit, and compassion that characterizes so many people you meet in Lake County, neighbors in the best sense of the word. What great fun and excitement these giving volunteers generated for us last May! What tremendous support was given by the wonderful audience, sponsors, advertisers, and other benefactors who participated with the performers and production staff to raise money, material improvements, and supplies to help these homeless facilities. We must do it again!

You can also order by email (reply with the information requested on the ticket order form). Email ticket orders will reserve seats for up to three weeks; tickets will be mailed out immediately on receipt of payment.

The group-seating plan used last year has changed to a more customary individual seat reserved ticket plan. First come, first served for the best seats! Your early purchases of tickets, commitments to our Program Ad Book, or checks to sponsor the fundraising effort will help the homeless when it's needed most - NOW! We don't have to wait until May 2008 to reach out to those less fortunate.
