C.A.R.E.S. - (Citizens Aimed to Raise and Elevate Services)

CARES is a non profit organization formed to improve the quality of life for Waukegan Township residents. CARES is dedicated to helping build better futures for children, empowering adults and helping to ensure continued independent living for senior citizens.

The primary mission of CARES is to give community support that more effectively meets the needs of today's extended family.
