Since 1995, Waukegan Township has been providing "no- cost" lawn care and snow removal services for Waukegan Township seniors, 55 years of age or better. We are aware that during these difficult economic times the Home Sweet Home program is to allow that senior to save money for other things such as medication, grocery's, utility bills, etc. additionally many seniors are disabled and are not physically capable of mowing their lawns or shoveling their snow. The Home Sweet Home program is designed to give Waukegan Township seniors one less thing to worry about during an already difficult time for many people across our great Township.
