From October 15 until December 7, everyone on Medicare can review their Medicare Part D plan to make sure it provides the best coverage and make changes for the new year. You can do this yourself using Plan Finder on www.medicare.gov. or make an appointment to work with one of our Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP) counselors. To compare 2021 Medicare Part D Plans, you will need a list of your current medications from the pharmacy, or your medication bottles, and your Medicare Card.
