Bingocize® is an evidence-based health promotion program approved through both SNAP-Ed and The National Council on Aging (NCOA). Bingocize® combines exercise and health information with the familiar game of bingo, which is a great, fun way to get older adults moving and socializing. This program will run for 10 consecutive weeks. Start date will be May 9th, every Monday and Wednesday at 10:00am. Max participation is 20 individuals. The PAJ Center will partner with WhiteCrane for prizes, exercise and fun. Participants must commit to the 10 week program.
