COVID-19 Vaccine Shot

Waukegan Township in partnership with NCOA & Walgreens-Gurnee will hold its first COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic. The Federal Government has made changes to how vaccines will be paid for. The first 100 private insurance or Medicare recipients 55+ to receive a COVID-19 vaccine or booster, will be eligible to receive a $20 gift card. All participants must register to qualify for this initiative.
