Calling all Foodies! Get ready to spice up your summer by attending our first annual Patricia A. Jones Center Food Truck Festival! We're salivating at the chance to invite you to apply as a vendor for the festival which will be held in conjunction with the Waukegan Park District at the Corrine J. Rose Park location in Waukegan, Illinois. 

This is a family friendly event with Food and Entertainment for kids plus everyone can enjoy the spectacular Splash Zone located at the park. Plan on gearing up for an exciting event that will include several food truck vendors to make this year's festival a feast to remember!

THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT. A limited number of food vendors will be accepted for this event. If your application is approved, you will be contacted by a member of our PAJC event team with further information.

  • If you are submitting for multiple businesses, please submit a separate application for each business.
  • If accepted, you will be asked to send your logo in a JPG or PNG format. 
  • All vendors will need to provide a certificate of insurance naming Waukegan Park District and Waukegan Township as additional insured.
  • All vendors need a current food service permit from the Lake County Health Department.
  • Food vendors should be self-sufficient. No water or power will be available.
